Processing Time and Delivery Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. However, during peak seasons or holidays, processing times may be longer. Our minimum delivery time to deliver the package is 5-11 Days.

We ship worldwide, but some countries may experience longer delivery times due to connectivity issues. Don't worry—after placing your order, we'll confirm your delivery time via email and your website inbox.

Order tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment.

Delivery delays: While we strive to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe, delivery delays may occur due to weather conditions, carrier issues, or other factors beyond our control. In such cases, we will notify you and provide an updated estimated delivery date.

Return shipping: If you need to return an item, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance to protect your shipment.

Address changes: Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. If you need to change your shipping address after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to make the change, but we will do our best to assist you.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If customers receive the wrong product or encounter a manufacturing defect or damage. In such cases, the company will arrange for a reverse-pickup and process a refund or replacement only upon receipt and verification of the complete product with packaging and accessories and the Refund or Replacement will take around 5-7 working days. The customer will be responsible for any missing or damaged items (including the box) that were not notified to the company, and the cost of those items will be deducted from the advance payment made by the customer. If a replacement is requested, the customer will need to pay for any missing items in advance before the replacement product is shipped.
Refund or replacement will not be initiated if the customer is not satisfied with the looks or quality of a defect-free product or if physical damage is not notified within 24 hours of receiving the product. Additionally,
